Service Delivery Policy

Reelskraft delivers digital services — strategy consultations and video/reel production — rather than physical goods. This policy explains how and when you can expect delivery.
1. Strategy consultation calls
- Delivered live over a video call (Cal Video) at your scheduled date and time.
- The video call link and calendar invite are sent to your email immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. Production services
- Timelines for video/reel production are agreed upon in writing before a project starts and vary based on scope.
- Deliverables (edited videos, reels, raw files if applicable) are shared via a private cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar) to the email address on file.
- Revisions, if included in your package, follow the round limits agreed in your proposal.
3. Delays
If a delivery is going to be delayed beyond the agreed timeline, we'll notify you by email as soon as we're aware, along with a revised estimate.
