Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to the ₹2,999 paid strategy consultation call booked through reelskraft.in.
1. Cancelling your booking
- If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled slot, you'll receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled slot, or do not attend ("no-show"), the payment is non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your call once at no extra cost, using the link in your confirmation email, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your original slot. Rescheduling requests inside the 24-hour window will be treated as a cancellation under the terms above.
3. Refunds initiated by Reelskraft
If Reelskraft needs to cancel or reschedule a call (for example, due to an emergency), you will be offered a new slot or a full refund, your choice.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
5. Production engagements
Refund terms for larger production packages (beyond the strategy call) are set out in the individual project agreement or proposal you sign with us.
6. Requesting a refund
Email hello@reelskraft.com with your booking details to request a cancellation or refund.
