Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of reelskraft.in (the "Site") and any services booked through it, operated by Reelskraft Media Private Limited, Hyderabad ("Reelskraft", "we", "us"). By booking a consultation call or engaging Reelskraft for content production services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Reelskraft provides short-form video and reel production services, and paid 1:1 strategy consultation calls. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for any paid engagement will be confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
2. Consultation calls
The ₹2,999 strategy call is a standalone paid service. It is 40 minutes long, delivered over a live video call (Cal Video), and does not include production work, editing, or any deliverables beyond the call itself.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds for paid consultations are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Any content, scripts, or strategy documents shared with you during a consultation or production engagement are for your business's use. Reelskraft retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, and training materials.
6. Limitation of liability
Reelskraft provides advice and creative services in good faith based on the information you share. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (views, followers, revenue) from following our recommendations.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
